FAQ
Menu board questions
01Are letters included with the menu board?
Yes. Every board ships with a 2" letter set (145 pieces) and a 1" set (290 pieces) included free — enough for a full menu with headers and line items. Additional sets, in five sizes from ½" to 3", are sold separately.
02How fast can I change the menu?
Seconds per line. Letters press into the felt grooves by hand and lift out the same way — no tools, no reprinting, no waiting on a sign shop. Run a new special at 4pm and it's on the board by 4:01.
03What size menu board do I need?
An entrance menu reads well at about 36" × 48". Behind the counter, plan on 60 to 96 inches wide so the full menu is readable from the line. We build to the inch, so measure the wall first — the board fits the space, not the other way around.
04Can I split the menu across multiple boards?
Yes. Many menu walls run as paired panels — framed boards split by category (hot drinks on one, cold on the next), or frameless panels mounted side by side that read as one continuous surface.
05Will the included letters cover my whole menu?
Paste your menu into our letter planner and it counts every character against the included sets — before you order, not after. If a menu runs heavy on a letter, you'll know exactly which extra set to add.
